Custom Frame Bag Menu

A custom frame bag - sized specifically for your bike - is one of the most satisfying purchases you can make for your bike camping kit, and there’s a lot of options to consider! I’ve listed options below, if there’s something you’d like that I haven’t listed, reach out and I’ll see what I can do for you!

Base

  • A great option for keeping access to your water bottles and adding a bit of storage.

  • Maximizing storage in the frame triangle while still retaining the use of your seat tube water bottle cages. Great for smaller frames looking to keep a bottle in the triangle.

  • Maximum storage within the frame triangle.

Fabric

  • A rotating selection of pack cloths. Dimension Polyant X-Pac VX21, Challenge Sailcloth Eco Pak 200d Recycled Polyester, Dupont 1000d & 500d Cordura.

  • Heavier weight Eco Pak 600d face with a laminate backing. Dark Multicam Print

  • 200d woven UHMWPE, laminated to waterproof film backing.

Attachments

  • Sewn in velcro straps for attaching the framebag to your bike, fastest on/off attachment system.

  • Webbing loops sewn around the perimeter of the bag, allows velcro or other straps to secure the bag to the frame. Versatile attachment system if the bag is meant for more than one bike.

  • Sewn in lashing points around the perimeter of the framebag allow shock cord to be woven around the frame tubes. Slower to install and remove, though friendlier to paintwork.

  • This attachment style uses M5 bolts to attach the bag to your frame via the water bottle bosses. Often must be combined with another attachment system as few frames are designed for full bolt on compatibility.

Extras

  • In lieu of zippers, this upgrade uses a roll top closure like a dry bag for ultimate expedition rugged reliability.

  • Sewn in velcro divider oriented vertically to organize gear and manage bag expansion.

  • Double decker zippers allow easy access to gear throughout the bag, while a horizontal velcro divider manages bulk and organizes gear.

  • Full size (or partial by request) slip pocket on the non drive side. Great for keeping slim objects close at hand.

  • Access port in the front of the framebag allows cords/hydration hoses/etc to exit the bag.

  • Additional cable port located along the rear of the bag to allow dynamo taillight wiring to exit the bag.

  • Flat pockets sewn into the liner fabric allow for easy organization of small objects within the framebag. Can be placed within the map pocket or the main pocket.

  • Daisy chain webbing sewn into the liner of the bags top edge which will facilitate the securing of items such as tent poles or mini pumps.

  • A brass grommet set into the lowest point of the bag to allow any water or debris to drain out of the bag.

  • Oversized fabric covers shield the ends of the zipper, where water has the best chance at ingress.
